World Class Leaderboard, by Access, got me started on computer golf. Soon after, Links came out as John noted. It was a huge step up in graphics at the time. The part of the country I live in here was slow on internet access so I couldn't play on some of the very beginning internet or webboard sites. The arrival of internet with the slow dial-up modem coincided, for me, with Access's Computer Sports Network. I joined that and had lots of fun for a few years. But it was expensive! Met a lot of folks. I played LinksLS also, lots of matches on Golfcom and other sites. Kali comes to mind . . . and a ladder we all competed in.
