		<description>Thank God for that John as 386 (then and now) has provided great enjoyment and entertainment over the years. I remember those years well in the late 90s when I would finish the evening meal and head straight for the Links comp.

		<description>To reminisce a bit . . .  World Class Leaderboard, by Access, got me started on computer golf.  Soon after, Links came out as John noted.  It was a huge step up in graphics at the time.  The part of the country I live in here was slow on internet access so I couldn't play on some of the very beginning internet or webboard sites.  The arrival of internet with the slow dial-up modem coincided, for me, with Access's Computer Sports Network.  I joined that and had lots of fun for a few years.  But it was expensive!  Met a lot of folks.  I played LinksLS also, lots of matches on Golfcom and other sites.  Kali comes to mind . . . and a ladder we all competed in.
